About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive with retail sales experience, preferably in toner products, printer consumables, & office supplies,
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and provide detailed information about toner cartridges and printer consumables.
- Promote and sell compatible and original toner products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain proper product display and stock arrangement in the showroom.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team for product availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in toner, printer accessories, or office supplies.
- Good knowledge of printer toner cartridges and related products will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.
