Indoor Sales Executive
About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing sales through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Promote company products/services to potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales reports
