Indoor Sales Executive

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Indoor Sales Executive to manage end-to-end face-to-face customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. The role involves directly engaging with customers, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and proactively upselling relevant services to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers in person in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle end-to-end customer service, from initial inquiry to service completion
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable services
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on customer needs
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems regularly
• Ensure high standards of customer experience at all touchpoints

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front office, or client-facing roles
• Experience in upselling or sales will be an added advantage
• Experience in any customer service industry like retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
