Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in a dynamic indoor/outdoor sales capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively growing the business through client visits, market development, and the professional promotion of our tiles and sanitary ware product portfolio.

This role requires a commercially minded individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a strong existing network within the industry.

Business Development

– Proactively visit architects, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and project consultants to promote the company's product range

– Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects through regular field visits and networking

– Leverage existing market connections to generate leads and accelerate business growth

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • – Lucrative and very competitive commission structure
  • Proven track record from previous company
  • – Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management
  • – Manage the full sales cycle from initial client contact through to order confirmation and after-sales follow-up
  • – Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales
  • – Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial quotations in a timely and professional manner
  • – Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines to close deals effectively

Client & Market Management

– Maintain and grow relationships with an existing client portfolio while continuously expanding the customer base

– Conduct product presentations and showroom tours for clients and specifiers

– Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to provide informed client recommendations

– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm

– Maintain proper records of client visits and sales activities

Reporting & Coordination

– Provide regular sales activity reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates to management

– Coordinate with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery

– Follow up on outstanding quotations, pending orders, and client queries in a proactive manner

Experience

– Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in tiles, sanitary ware, or a closely related building materials / interior fit-out industry

– Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or project-based sales environment

– Established network of contacts across architects, designers, fit-out contractors, and project developers

Skills & Competencies

– Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

– Commercially astute with solid negotiation and closing abilities

– Ability to prepare accurate, professional quotations and manage follow-up systematically

– Self-motivated, proactive, and highly ambitious — able to work independently with minimal supervision

– Professional appearance and positive attitude

– Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Other Requirements

– Valid UAE driving licence — essential for client visits and field sales activities

– Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

– Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE
