Overview

A leading real estate company is seeking to hire a motivated and results-driven Indoor Real Estate Sales Executive to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming client inquiries and provide professional property consultations

Present available properties and investment opportunities to prospective clients

Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships

Update and manage client and property records accurately

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets

Prepare sales reports and maintain regular follow-up activities

Negotiate and close property sales professionally

Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in sales, preferably in sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Target-oriented with a passion for sales

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work effectively within a team
