Role overview
Provide one-to-one academic, social, and behavioral support to students to help them access learning, participate in school activities, and develop independence.
Responsibilities
- Support individual learning goals and classroom activities; implement IEPs and agreed learning and support strategies.
- Encourage confidence, communication, and independence; monitor and record student progress.
- Work with teachers, SEN and inclusion staff, parents, and specialists; promote positive behavior and student wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety, and school policies.
Qualifications and skills
- Tagalog speaker required.
- Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A relevant education or SEN qualification or experience is preferred.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
