Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
