LearnyKids is looking to connect with experienced consultants, entrepreneurs and commercially minded professionals based in Dubai or the UAE who can help introduce our universe of personalised stories, creative learning experiences and digital tools to families, communities and relevant local partners.
This role involves proactive business development, partnership creation and professional follow-up.
It is not a content creation, teaching or administrative role.

LearnyKids helps children and families discover a magical world of personalised stories, creative learning experiences and digital tools designed to make learning more fun, engaging and meaningful.
Our universe includes personalised books, music, cartoons, printable activities, creative digital tools and learning resources for children and families.
With over 12 years of experience and activity across several countries, LearnyKids is now developing its presence in Dubai and the UAE.
Your Main Focus
- Your role is to develop LearnyKids visibility and commercial opportunities in Dubai and the UAE.
- Your focus will include:
- Identifying and approaching relevant local partners; nurseries, schools, children's centres, activity providers, family clubs and family-focused organisations, through both direct outreach and digital channels
- Building relationships with local communities, family networks, educators and parents, online and in person
- Developing a digital presence for LearnyKids in the UAE through social media, online communities, parenting groups and relevant platforms
- Presenting the LearnyKids universe clearly and professionally to potential partners and audiences, whether in person, online or through digital content
- Creating opportunities through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, local events, partnerships and direct relationship-building
- Managing your own pipeline of contacts and following up independently and professionally across digital and local channels
- Identifying and launching relevant initiatives; digital campaigns, local activations or partnership approaches … to grow LearnyKids' visibility with families in the UAE
- Representing the LearnyKids brand with credibility, care and integrity across all channels

- : Join a brand with over 12 years of experience and activity across several countries
- Established concept: A proven universe of personalised content with over 12 years of development, an existing product catalogue and active markets across several countries, and not a startup from scratch
- Unique universe: Share personalised stories, creative learning experiences and digital resources that genuinely resonate with families
- You Are Likely a Strong Fit If You
- Have 10+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, education services, family services, events, consulting or entrepreneurship
- Have previously built or managed something concrete — a client portfolio, a partner network, a commercial project, a community, a team or your own business
- Are based in Dubai or the UAE and have an established local or professional network
- Are comfortable approaching organisations directly, starting conversations, presenting a concept and following up professionally
- Understand what it means to develop opportunities from the ground up and manage your own pipeline independently
- Are comfortable working as an independent consultant rather than as a salaried employee
- Have a genuine interest in children, families, creativity and positive learning experiences
- Previous experience in education is helpful, but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building, commercial maturity and the ability to act independently are more important.
