You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. As a Team Lead, you will Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment Develop process curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for course deliverables, establish expectations and risks, and determine specific training needs for the staff Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines Monitor effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement when necessary Coach and provide support to the staff for the assigned process About you You have experience in the travel domain Expert hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the travel reservations process and technology products, including airline GDS Ability to understand the big picture and offer suggestions and feedback to improve the overall operation Proven excellence in customer service delivery Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint Good oral and written communication skills.
