About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Design and sell customized Dubai and UAE travel packages
- Book tours, attractions, transfers, desert safaris, yacht charters, and other tourism services
- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and partners
- Prepare quotations and itineraries tailored to clients' needs
- Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after each booking
- Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up to date with the latest tourism products, promotions, and attractions in the UAE
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE inbound tourism or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE attractions and tourism products
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (experience with CRM/PMS is an advantage)
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
