Inbound Sales & Client Relations Coordinator

About This Role

SONO is looking for a confident, people-focused Client Relations & Inbound Sales Coordinator to manage inbound WhatsApp messages, phone calls, customer enquiries and lead qualification.

You will be the first point of contact for new customers, so you must have a natural instinct for connecting with people, communicating clearly, and guiding conversations.

This is not a simple respond to enquiries role. You must have excellent communication skills, be great with people and natural sales skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily WhatsApp enquiries
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Make follow-up and customer service calls
• Qualify leads before passing them to sales
• Book qualified calls for the sales team
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally
• Keep customer details and follow-ups organised

Requirements

• Excellent English and communication skills
• Natural people skills and sales awareness
• Excellent WhatsApp and phone communication
• Confident handling complaints and difficult conversations
• Proactive, organised, and reliable
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the glazing industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
