SONO is looking for a confident, people-focused **Client Relations & Inbound Sales Coordinator** to manage inbound WhatsApp messages, phone calls, customer enquiries and lead qualification.
You will be the first point of contact for new customers, so you must have a natural instinct for connecting with people, communicating clearly, and guiding conversations.
This is not a simple respond to enquiries role.
You must have excellent communication skills, be great with people and natural sales skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily WhatsApp enquiries
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Make follow-up and customer service calls
- Qualify leads before passing them to sales
- Book qualified calls for the sales team
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Keep customer details and follow-ups organised
Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Natural people skills and sales awareness
- Excellent WhatsApp and phone communication
- Confident handling complaints and difficult conversations
- Proactive, organised, and reliable
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the glazing industry.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
