Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle CX Customer Data Management solutions.
- Manage customer, organization, party, account, contact, and relationship data models.
- Configure duplicate identification, cleansing, matching, and merge rules.
- Work with Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CX integrations, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support migration, conversion, data quality, testing, user training, and production support.

Required Skills
- Strong Oracle CX Customer Data Management experience.

- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, CX applications, customer master data management, and data migration projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant Oracle CX/CDM experience.
- BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech, CA, Bachelor of Engineering, or another qualification listed by the source.
- Oracle Integration Cloud understanding is preferred.
- Oracle CX Cloud implementation and end-to-end Oracle CX/CDM lifecycle experience are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are preferred.
- Oracle CX/CDM certification is an added advantage.
