Role Overview
Ensure timely production fulfillment to meet customer demands at the Jaipur manufacturing plant.
Logistics Planning
- Record, consolidate, and transmit customer demands to production planning and control planners.
- Coordinate customer supply commitments and report delivery fulfillment.
- Notify managers of deviations and manage work-in-process inventory and type-wise production fulfillment.
Relationship Management
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production planning and control planners to ensure timely receipt of finished goods.
- Support customer coordination and fulfillment communication.
Digitalization
- Implement digital projects to support error-free operations.
- Support the logistics maturity index.
Compliance Management
- Manage commercial processes in line with Bosch India directives and external foreign trade, customs, and taxation laws.
- Adhere to standards and prevent deviations during audits.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial production engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience handling order management and customers.
Required Knowledge
- Knowledge of production planning and lean concepts.
- Knowledge of finished-goods inventory.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods such as BPS or TPS.
- Knowledge of operations management, standing orders, the Bosch Code of Business Conduct, and related statutes.
- Experience handling contract labor and using quality tools.
Functional Skills
- Competent skills in ERP, SAP, material management, and production planning and sales distribution modules.
- Competent communication skills in English and the local language.
