About The Role
Our client is a seasoned local Forwarding and Transportation company in the UAE building its marketing function in-house and needs a driven marketer to lead the way.
This is not a coordination or vendor management role.
Our client is looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can own and execute what two external agencies currently do: corporate brand and digital marketing, and the Managing Director's LinkedIn personal brand.
You will step in and take full ownership of both functions from day one.
You will plan, create, publish and report- without relying on external production.

Corporate Brand & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing calendar across social media, paid campaigns and digital channels
- Create and publish content independently; copy, visuals and campaign assets without external production support
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Maintain brand consistency across all company’s communications, internal and external
- Track and report on campaign performance, social metrics and channel results monthly
- Own SEO basics; monitor organic performance and act on it
MD's Personal Brand on LinkedIn
- Own the MD's LinkedIn content strategy and publishing calendar end-to-end
- Develop a deep understanding of the MD's voice, perspective and strategic themes
- Write and produce all LinkedIn content; posts, articles and engagement responses, in the MD's authentic voice
- Grow the MD's LinkedIn following and community through consistent, high-quality thought leadership
- Track engagement, follower growth and content performance and iterate accordingly
Marketing Operations
- Align marketing activity with the MD, sales and operations teams
- Build and maintain internal asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines
- Define and document internal marketing processes as the function scales
- Report directly to the MD with clear visibility on performance and priorities
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Agency execution background: You have worked at a marketing or creative agency and produced the work; campaigns, content, social media. Not just managing client relationships. You understand how marketing gets done because you have made it.
- Hands-on content creation and campaign execution: Must independently produce copy, visuals and campaigns. No briefing others to make it.
- Paid social execution: Must have personally set up, run and optimised Meta and/or LinkedIn campaigns.
- Self-directed working style: Must manage their own priorities without close direction, given direct MD reporting.
- Long-term commitment: The role is designed to grow into a senior position; short tenure history is a stated deal breaker
Important Requirements
- Multi-channel marketing fluency: Comfortable across social, content, paid and digital broadly; needed to own the full function.
- Marketing operations capability: Able to build and maintain a calendar, asset libraries, templates and internal processes independently.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Must translate metrics into clear monthly reports directly to the MD.
- Arabic proficiency: A genuine advantage in the UAE market
Nice-to-Have
- LinkedIn or personal brand content experience: You have worked on executive thought leadership or personal brand programmes. This shortens the runway to bringing the LinkedIn vendor's work in-house.
- Paid social execution: Hands-on experience running Meta or LinkedIn campaigns, not just reporting on them.
- B2B or UAE market exposure: Familiarity with business-to-business marketing in the UAE or GCC context.
- Design and content production skills: Canva-level at minimum. The ability to produce clean visual assets independently accelerates the in-house transition.
- Basic SEO knowledge: Enough to evaluate organic performance and hold the agency accountable on search visibility

- You have not written LinkedIn content in an executive's voice before.
- You prefer to coordinate rather than execute.
- You need close direction to stay productive.
