In House Group Exercise Instructor - Reformer Pilates

Deliver safe, engaging and technically strong Reformer Pilates classes

Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all abilities

Drive strong class occupancy and positive member feedback scores

Ensure all participants exercise safely and confidently during sessions

Work closely with the club team and stay aligned with class policies and procedures

Contribute to building a vibrant and loyal group exercise community

Actively seek feedback and continuously develop your teaching practice

To succeed in this role, you will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification Conversion workshop available for those with recognised accredited Reformer training Please note: in-house qualifications from other operators that are not externally accredited cannot be accepted

Be confident coaching and motivating members in a group environment

Hold public liability insurance of at least £2 million

Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
