Role
Full-time, on-site Pricing Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Develops and maintains pricing strategies for products and services to support profitability and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data; prepare pricing models and scenario analyses.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams on pricing proposals.
- Monitor pricing-policy performance, recommend adjustments, and ensure alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
- Contribute to pricing governance, documentation, and senior-leadership reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including pricing analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, policies, and frameworks in a commercial or corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence or analytics tools. ERP or CRM experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including explaining pricing insights to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree or CFA/CIMA certification is beneficial.
- Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance; diversified or multinational organization experience is ideal.
- Strong attention to detail and judgment; able to work under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with Middle East and international markets and the ability to adapt to different regulatory and competitive environments.
