Role overview
Supports import and export operations, shipment documentation, and the movement of international shipments through each stage.
Work arrangement

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other trade documents.
- Assist with import and export orders, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, and customs representatives.
- Verify shipping details and keep documentation complete and accurate.
- Maintain shipment, purchase-order, and delivery-schedule records.
- Follow up on customs clearance requirements and outstanding documents.
- Update internal systems, prepare shipment status reports, and help resolve documentation discrepancies and logistics delays.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and document-management skills, with good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications; ability to coordinate multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with shipping terminology, customs procedures, or trade documentation is an advantage.
- Previous import, export, logistics, or administrative experience is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or Business Administration is preferred.
