Position summary

Principal accountabilities

• Own tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems and operational implementations.
• Serve as a frontline resource for operations, account management, and IT.
• Work with WMS specialists and act as the primary resource for basic UAT.
• Complete tactical assignments identified in Business Requirements Documentation.
• Help transition newly launched customers to operations and account management teams.
• Travel to company campuses for extended periods to support customer onboarding.

Position requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required; experience with multiple WMS applications is preferred.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes, including receiving and picking, is required.
• Candidates must be able to solve problems, prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, build customer relationships, and work independently.
• Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Physical demands and work environment

• Work involves moving around a facility floor and standing or walking on concrete for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• The role involves handling packages and materials, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
• The warehouse environment may have seasonal temperature variations, dust, and machinery noise; steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests are required.
