Overview
Job Title: Project Manager – ERP Integrations (E-Invoicing Preferred)
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP integration programs, ensuring alignment across systems, data, and business processes.
Drive governance, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful go-live and stabilization.
Experience
in e-invoicing or tax compliance implementations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project setup: define scope, detailed plan, RAID logs, RACI, and governance cadence
- Drive ERP-led architecture decisions, including integration strategy (API-first) and ownership across ERP, ASP, and compliance systems
- Lead data mapping (source → ERP → downstream systems), master data readiness, and key business scenarios (including invoicing where applicable)
- Ensure integration and environment readiness (APIs, DEV/UAT/PROD, access, connectivity)
- Oversee validations, business rules (including tax where relevant), error handling, and exception management processes
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles, reconciliation, sign-offs, and cutover planning (including rollback strategy)
- Track cross-functional dependencies and proactively escalate risks and blockers
- Manage go-live, hypercare, defect triage, RCA, and transition to steady-state support
Required Skills
- Strong ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Proven track record in managing ERP integration projects end-to-end
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping concepts
- Solid project governance experience (RAID, RACI, stakeholder management)
- Hands-on experience managing SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live phases
- Ability to identify risks early—especially across data, mapping, and connectivity
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through discipline
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-invoicing or tax compliance implementations
- Understanding of regulatory reporting and invoice lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with ASP/GSP models or similar compliance integration frameworks
