What you'll do
- Oversee SaaS implementations from planning and scoping through execution and post-launch support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery commitments.
- Shape and improve implementation delivery, support, and service-management processes.
- Identify process improvements to scale implementation functions.
- Build relationships with customer delivery stakeholders and coordinate product deployment.
- Develop expertise in the Phelix platform and healthcare specialties.
Required qualifications
- 3+ years managing SaaS implementations, software deployments, or related technology delivery roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
- Strong client-facing and ongoing relationship-management experience.
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience.
