🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Implementation Manager
- to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation projects for customers and internal business initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure successful solution deployment, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting business objectives.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with organizational objectives, customer requirements, and project goals
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects from project initiation, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, customer success, operations, technical support, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Define implementation plans, project schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including implementation timelines, customer satisfaction, project quality, budget performance, adoption rates, and successful go-live outcomes
- Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and implementation challenges while proactively developing mitigation plans
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), solution validation, data migration activities, system integrations, and training sessions where applicable
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, project reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and implementation governance processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize implementation methodologies, onboarding processes, and customer experience
- Mentor implementation specialists, project coordinators, and cross-functional teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, customer onboarding, professional services, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing implementation teams, enterprise deployments, or cross-functional projects preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, implementation frameworks, change management, customer onboarding, and solution deployment principles
- Experience with project management software, CRM platforms, ERP systems, implementation tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer relationship, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
