Implementation Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree, ideally with a focus in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 8-10 years of experience of project management; leading multiple, complex projects; ideally with implementation of company-wide systems and platforms, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Work Management Systems (EMS), and others
• Outstanding managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build a rapport and trust with team member, stakeholders, and executives
• Highly collaborative leader, able to create highly engaged team dynamic, negotiate trade-offs and resolve conflicts
• Resourceful problem-solver, able to proactively anticipate issues and obstacles, experienced in the development and application of change management
• An analytical, detail-oriented leader, experienced in working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Adaptable and flexible planner, able to adjust the workload and schedules with changing environment and priorities to maintain project momentum towards the end goal
• Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
• Good overall knowledge of programming concepts, software development cycles, and associated tools and platforms
• In-depth knowledge of program and project plan development, scheduling methodology, waterfall and agile methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis and status reporting
• Experience with MS Project and PowerBI required; Power Automate and Minitab, preferred
• Experience with M&A integration is a plus
