Customer Success Implementation Architects lead customer onboarding, solutioning, adoption, and use of AppViewX products.
The role implements solutions that automate customer IT network infrastructure and public key infrastructure.
The architect works in Customer Success to identify automation opportunities across AppViewX products, tools, and processes.
Customer onboarding and adoption
- Implement AppViewX technology with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to address new customers' business challenges.
- Address customer objectives and success criteria with technical depth to help customers go live quickly.
- Advise customers through technical challenges during implementation.
- Identify use cases that support account growth and renewal strategies.
Customer experience and roadmap
- Share customer feedback to improve experience, time-to-value, and customer benefits.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop tools to reduce team effort.
- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews and highlight improvement areas.
- Partner with sales, product, support, services, and delivery to translate business needs and product requirements into solutions.
- Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer and industry priorities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical implementation experience.
- At least 3 years in customer-facing technical roles; post-sales experience at a SaaS enterprise software company is preferred.
- Must be open to working the US shift.
- Strong coding skills in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience developing web services and using RESTful APIs.
- Configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Vagrant, Ansible, or Salt are preferred.
- Building Jenkins or automated test frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of PKI, DNS, Active Directory, cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management or operations.
