About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Implementation and Support Lead – Gateway Acquiring
to spearhead payment gateway and acquiring solutions at NeoStats Analytics.
This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in payment ecosystems, merchant onboarding, and production support.
You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration of acquiring systems.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and a customer-centric approach.
Implementation & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation of payment gateway and acquiring solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for gateway-related initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define, track, and deliver project requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Own and manage production support, including critical and high-priority incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track and manage incidents through to closure with detailed reporting.
Merchant Onboarding & Configuration
- Manage the complete lifecycle of merchant onboarding as per gateway standards.
- Configure and maintain merchant profiles, access rights, and system settings.
- Support onboarding and configuration for non-corporate merchant entities.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams for successful project execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on gateway capabilities and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver platform-specific training sessions and technical guidance.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payment gateways, acquiring, or digital payments.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale implementations in banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience in production support, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Strong exposure to merchant onboarding and gateway configurations.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, acquiring systems, and POS integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) or similar platforms.
- Exposure to global payment environments and compliance standards.
- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
