Role overview
The company is seeking German-speaking Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience.
Advisors will work with German-speaking clients and cover the Dubai market.
Responsibilities
- Advise German-speaking clients on property opportunities.
- Present suitable property investment opportunities.
- Close transactions across the Dubai market.
Requirements
- At least one year of Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales experience.
- Excellent German verbal communication and client presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's property market.
- Property sales experience; off-plan experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
