Overview
Travellink Relocation is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Immigration Specialist to assist clients with immigration, visa, and relocation services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process, providing accurate information, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
The Immigration Specialist will work closely with clients to assess their requirements, explain available immigration options, and support them throughout the application process while maintaining compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain visa and immigration services (Canada, UK, Europe, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily updates in CRM (Bitrix24)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
- Confident in speaking and handling clients over phone
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/WhatsApp/email)
- Sales or tele sales experience.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits
