We are seeking an Experienced Overseas Immigration Consultant / Relocation Advisor to join our team. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in overseas immigration processes for countries such as Europe, UK Tier 2, USA EB2/EB5, Canada, Australia PR, or New Zealand, USA, we encourage you to apply.

As an Immigration Consultant, your role will be to provide high-quality immigration services to both individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for managing the entire immigration process while ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads via telephone and email, providing guidance, advice, and ongoing follow-up.
• Conduct client interviews to assess eligibility for immigration applications.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of immigration applications, acting as the first point of contact for client or colleague inquiries.
• Handle applications for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Visit Visas and more.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assignees, offering expertise and support throughout the immigration process.
• Identify and drive improvements and efficiencies within the company's processes to meet evolving needs.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure the highest level of service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in overseas immigration services (UK, Canada, Australia, USA or New Zealand preferred).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end immigration processes.
• Strong understanding of immigration regulations and policies in the specified countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

Additional Information:

• Salary: AED 4,500.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month, plus the highest incentives in the immigration industry.
