We **PDCS** are looking for ambitious, energetic, and target-driven Immigration Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are seeking ambitious and client-focused professionals with a strong background in sales and customer engagement who can effectively understand clients' migration objectives and provide tailored guidance throughout their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face consultations with prospective clients.
- Explain immigration programs and services professionally.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable pathways.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with the processing team after successful client registration.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, or Tagalog is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and effectively convert client inquiries into successful registrations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Professional, client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, sales, customer advisory, or related client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of international immigration pathways and visa programs is beneficial; however, comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates.
