taxcyp is a Cyprus-based company specializing in tax advisory and investment migration solutions for Cyprus. We support clients throughout the entire process, from selecting and securing qualifying investments to submitting the permanent residency applications.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE. The Consultant will be responsible for directly engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) interested in obtaining Cyprus Permanent Residency through investment, guiding them through the full investment and application process from initial consultation to closing. The role also includes responsibilities related to real estate advisory, including presenting qualifying investment opportunities, coordinating with developers , and assisting clients in evaluating suitable real estate investments that meet residency programme requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients interested in obtaining Cyprus Permanent Residency through investment.
- Manage direct client relationships from lead generation through closing.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their residency and investment objectives.
- Present and explain qualifying real estate investment opportunities in Cyprus.
- Coordinate with property developers and legal professionals in Cyprus.
- Assist clients in evaluating suitable properties based on investment goals and residency requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales and application process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective HNI clients in the UAE and international markets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and relevant industry conferences to generate leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Cyprus Permanent Residency programme and Cyprus real estate market.
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, consulting, and advisory skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex investment and residency processes.
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, immigration services, wealth management, luxury sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales or client acquisition.
- Familiarity with residency-by-investment programmes and Cyprus investment options is highly preferred.
- Understanding of real estate transactions and investment-oriented property sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluency in English is required; Russian, Chinese or additional languages are a strong advantage.
