We are looking for a Team Leader with 2 years of experience in immigration to help guide and mentor a team of immigration specialists. If you are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and team management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise a Team: Manage a team of immigration specialists, providing daily direction and support.
- Monitor Team Performance: Ensure team members meet or exceed performance metrics, including case processing times, customer satisfaction, and error rates.
- Offer Guidance and Support: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they understand immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve Complex Cases: Take ownership of escalated issues and help resolve complex immigration cases.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure team compliance with local and international laws.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality assurance checks on submitted applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring timely responses and effective communication with applicants, attorneys, or other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration services, handling visa applications, residency, work permits, or similar cases.
- Leadership: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with case management software and office tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find effective solutions in fast-paced situations.
- Certifications (if applicable): [Any relevant immigration certifications, e.g., ICCRC, AILA]
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with specific immigration systems (e.g., USCIS, IRCC, etc.).
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in an immigration BPO or call center environment is an advantage.
