About This Role
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about visa programs
- Conduct consultations and explain eligibility, process, and costs
- Close sales by convincing clients and building trust.
- Set monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Train and guide sales executives/counsellors
- Assign leads and monitor follow-ups
- Motivate team members to improve performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process
- Handle objections, complaints, and escalations
- Stay updated with immigration policies (Europe)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Knowledge of immigration/visa processes
- Leadership & team management
- Target-driven mindset
- Problem-solving and objection handling
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
