Role Overview
Inzeit Business Consultants is seeking an experienced Immigration Document Controller - Visa Officer.
The role focuses on visa processing, documentation, and immigration case management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an immigration consultancy is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience processing visa applications for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation, application preparation, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Languages
- Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog language skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review visa applications.
- Manage client documentation and case files.
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending documents.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Liaise with consultants and legal teams throughout the application process.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular case updates.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
