The Global Axis Immigration Services LLC is seeking an experienced **Immigration Consultant** for our **Abu Dhabi office** to guide clients through overseas immigration and visa programs.
The ideal candidate must have at least **1 year of experience in an immigration consultancy** and strong knowledge of immigration programs such as **Canada PR, Australia PR, New Zealand Skilled Migration, UK, Ireland, European work permits, and visitor visas**.
The consultant will be responsible for client consultation, lead management, immigration assessment, and converting leads into successful contracts while maintaining high standards of customer service, professionalism, and compliance.
Applicants must currently be located in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through phone calls, social media, email, and walk-in enquiries
- Conduct immigration consultations and provide accurate visa guidance
- Assess client eligibility for immigration and visa programs
- Provide detailed information about immigration pathways and documentation requirements
- Guide clients through immigration procedures and documentation
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful contracts
- Maintain proper client records in the CRM and update case progress
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the immigration process
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, company policies, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience in immigration consultancy** is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, New Zealand PR, UK & Ireland visa programs, and European work permits
- Proven ability in sales conversion and client handling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
