Full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Sharjah.
Advise clients on immigration pathways and visa options based on their profiles, goals, and destination countries.
Responsibilities
- Assess eligibility, prepare and review documentation, complete application forms, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Conduct consultations, maintain case records, and coordinate with authorities or partner organizations when required.
- Provide regular status updates and monitor global immigration trends and policy changes to give current guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration practices, including applying relevant regulations.
- Hands-on experience handling skilled migration, study, work, and visitor visas; understanding of immigration, residency, and citizenship law.
- Consulting skills in client assessment and solution design, with clear communication of immigration options.
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective at time management.
- Experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or overseas education counseling is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in law, international relations, business, or a related field is desirable.
