Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries for immigration, work permits, tourist visas, and study visa programs.
- Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Explain process, documentation, timelines, and fees professionally.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
