Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Immigration Consultant will assist clients with visa applications for investors, employees, or families, navigate immigration and visa regulations, provide tailored consulting services, and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
The role requires liaising with various government entities, keeping up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and policies, and providing expert advice to clients.
Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery is an integral part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes
- Experience in managing Visas and related administrative and legal documentation
- Familiarity with Law and regulatory compliance specific to immigration and residency
- Proficiency in Consulting to provide tailored guidance and support for individual and corporate clients
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to stay updated on regulations, policies, and procedures within the UAE and globally
- Previous experience in immigration consulting or a similar field is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant educational background in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation responsibly
