Bidaya Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Immigration Consultants** to join our growing team in Dubai.
In this role, you will interact with clients seeking overseas job opportunities and visa services, guide them through available options, and assist them throughout the consultation process.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations
- Explain visa, immigration, and overseas employment services clearly and professionally
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective consultation
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Proficiency in **Malayalam and English** is required
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or consultancy is preferred
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience is an advantage
- **Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply**
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email communication)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
