Requirements
- Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, overseas recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Experience serving South Asian client communities is an advantage**
- **Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding immigration, visa, residency, and overseas employment opportunities.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Explain documentation requirements and application procedures.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and case files.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in immigration, visa processing, overseas recruitment, travel consultancy, or related industries.
- Familiarity with European immigration programs is an advantage.
- Experience handling client consultations and sales processes.
