Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration services.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule consultations or appointments with senior team members for qualified leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication standards and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the Immigration Manager to plan and execute outreach strategies.
Required skills and competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Time management and ability to meet targets within deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and email.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education and experience
- Basic understanding of Canada Express Entry and Australia PR processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the immigration field.
- Prior tele-calling, inside sales, or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Graduate qualification in any discipline; candidates currently pursuing graduation may also apply.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,500 to QAR 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
