Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and capable Immigration Advisor who is fluent in Malayalam (female candidates only) to join our growing team. This role involves assisting potential clients with immigration inquiries, providing accurate guidance on visa processes, and converting leads into successful clients. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others achieve their goal of relocating abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication:

Reach out to warm leads through outbound calls and respond to inquiries related to immigration and visa procedures.

• Immigration Consultation:

Offer professional advice on immigration options, visa categories, and application processes for countries such as Canada, the UK, Australia, Poland, and Finland.

• Lead Conversion:

Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and convert them into confirmed clients.

• Target Achievement:

Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets by successfully onboarding clients.

• Process Management:

Support clients throughout the entire immigration journey—from initial consultation to final relocation.

Requirements

• Language: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in Sales or customer service is preferred but not required (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Performance-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
