Role Description
The Technical Solutions Engineer is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai.
We are hiring a highly technical, solutions-oriented engineer to support payment integrations, cloud infrastructure, and internal systems across a fast-paced e-commerce and fintech environment.
This role requires a strong combination of payment integration experience, full-stack engineering capability, DevOps ownership, and modern AI-assisted development practices.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external payment partners to build, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable payment and operational systems.
The Technical Solutions Engineer will also act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AmanaTech’s technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage integrations with banks, PSPs, wallets, and payment partners across internal platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable internal systems, APIs, and operational tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical integration and infrastructure issues
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure environments
- Support DevOps operations, monitoring, deployments, and production stability on GCP
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering optimization initiatives
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to accelerate engineering productivity and software quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable technical solutions
- Support database management, optimization, and operational reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online payment integrations, fintech, or payment infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience integrating with payment gateways, wallets, banking APIs, or financial systems
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DevOps practices
- Strong full-stack development experience with solid debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Strong understanding of system administration, infrastructure reliability, and performance optimization
- Comprehensive understanding of databases, including design, maintenance, and optimization
- Experience using AI tools as engineering copilots for development, testing, documentation, and code optimization
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience deploying or managing AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the UAE and already be based in Dubai
- Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks
- Strong English communication skills required
