Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the launch and administration of digital gaming content across SIGA's iGaming platform; managing online merchandising and content placement strategies to optimize player engagement; supporting vendor relationships and facilitating product integration activities; monitoring platform performance and content effectiveness through data analysis and reporting; conducting product testing and quality assurance activities; coordinating promotional content and player engagement initiatives; ensuring compliance with regulatory and responsible gambling requirements; researching market trends and competitor offerings; and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of SIGA's digital product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a four-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Media, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Certification or specialized training in digital marketing, content management, eCommerce, analytics, gaming operations, or project management would be considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within iGaming, land-based gaming, lottery, financial services, compliance, or a related environment. Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as SLGA, IGR, BCLC, AGCO, or AGLC would be considered an asset. Experience working with Product Lifecycle, Product-led Growth and Performance Marketing would be considered an asset.
