Responsibilities

  • Coordinating regulatory submissions and registration requirements with gaming regulators; facilitating vendor onboarding and maintaining licensing, certification, and compliance documentation; reviewing and validating game certifications and regulatory approvals prior to release; maintaining records and audit-ready documentation for all approved products and vendors; supporting contract administration and regulatory reporting activities; reviewing marketing initiatives and product features for regulatory compliance; promoting responsible gambling standards across digital products; monitoring regulatory developments and communicating compliance requirements to internal stakeholders; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a four-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within iGaming, land-based gaming, lottery, financial services, compliance, or a related environment. Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as SLGA, IGR, BCLC, AGCO, or AGLC would be considered an asset.
