Role overview

Work arrangement

• Hybrid arrangement averaging one onsite day per week; schedule may change with business priorities.

Accountabilities

• Manage identities and access controls in Okta and implement and monitor IAM solutions for GCP resources.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronization across on-premise systems and directories, including Active Directory.
• Perform access reviews and certification across Okta, GCP, and on-premise platforms.
• Investigate identity-related incidents and service requests; document access procedures.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams, represent the identity team with stakeholders, and process requests through ServiceNow.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years of enterprise IT experience and at least 1 year of hands-on IAM or cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience managing and supporting Active Directory and PAM solutions.
• Working familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Understanding of the Principle of Least Privilege and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain complex access controls in business terms.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL v4.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, Google PCSE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Python and Shell scripting for ServiceNow IAM automation and Agile development experience are preferred.
