ICT Systems Support Officer

Looking for more than a typical IT support role? As our ICT Systems Support Officer, you will be the first line of contact for IT service requests and incidents across K&B, with key responsibilities being responding, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed. This isn’t a role that fits neatly into level 1, level 2 etc. One day you’ll be resetting a password, the next you’ll be supporting the install of bespoke factory machinery. If you like variety, enjoy learning new systems, and want to see the impact of your work, this is the role for you. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Occasional after-hours and weekend support may be required from time to time. What You’ll Do Provide onsite and remote IT support Troubleshoot hardware, software and retail systems Manage incidents through to resolution Deploy devices and support site technology Maintain IT assets and documentation Support projects and continuous improvement Train and support end users Identify and prevent technology issues What Experience & Skills You’ll Bring Windows 11, iOS and Microsoft 365 Active Directory and Group Policy POS, EFTPOS and retail technology support Desktop imaging and device deployment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Previous IT support or service desk experience Excellent communication and stakeholder skills Organised, proactive and able to work independently Technologies Learnt on the Job You’ll learn the systems that keep the K&B business running, on the job & with the support of your team PC-EFTPOS Pryda Design Suite: Pryda Build, Production Manager, Production Viewer Sympac POS Ring Central Telephony ManageEngine Endpoint Central Why Join Us?
