Delivering high-quality IT support
Resolving technical issues quickly
Ensuring high user satisfaction across the company
You are the main IT helpdesk contact for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help Desk & User Support
2. Technical Troubleshooting
3. System & Account Support
4. Incident Management
5. Customer Service & Communication
6. Operations & Shift Work
Provide:
24/7 support (shift/on-call)
After-hours IT assistance
Work as both:
Help desk agent
Desktop support technician (when required)
Requirements:
Education
Diploma or degree in:
Computer Science
IT / Computer Engineering
Experience
Typically:
3–5+ years in IT Service Desk / Help Desk
Experience with:
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Enterprise IT environments
Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
