Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for an ICT Senior Account Manager.
The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying and generating business opportunities, crafting tailored ICT solutions, and driving growth within accounts.
Responsibilities
include working with cross-functional teams to deliver client success, developing strategic account plans, analyzing client needs, and ensuring successful project implementation and satisfaction.
The role requires maintaining an in-depth understanding of IT and AV trends to drive innovation and identify value-add opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ICT, key account management, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of cutting-edge AV solutions, cognitive spaces, and immersive environments
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Proficiency in strategic planning and delivering results-oriented solutions
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and market trends in ICT and AV
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market or similar environments is an advantage
