We partner with global networking brands such as **Ruijie, Ubiquiti, MikroTik and RF-Elements**, delivering advanced solutions to resellers, system integrators, and enterprises.
We are seeking a **skilled IT Presales Engineer** who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver **technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs)** for customers and partners.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate **technical proposals and solution documentation**.
- Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Aruba, RF-Elements) to build competitive solutions.
- Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions.
- Assist in preparing **Bills of Materials (BOMs)**, solution architectures, and network designs.
- Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Support account managers with technical expertise for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience** in networking.
- Strong knowledge of **Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions**.
- Hands-on experience with **Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Aruba, or RF-Elements**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams.
- Certifications such as **CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor-specific certifications** are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
