We are seeking a
skilled ICT Presales Engineer
who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver
- technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs)
- for customers and partners.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate
- technical proposals and solution documentation
- .
- Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik,
Ruijie
- , Aruba, RF-Elements) to build competitive solutions.
- Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions.
- Assist in preparing
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- , solution architectures, and network designs.
- Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Support account managers with technical expertise for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience**
- in networking.
- Strong knowledge of
- Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions
- .
- Hands-on experience with
Ruijie
- , Aruba, or RF-Elements
- .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams.
- Certifications such as
- CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor-specific certifications
- are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
