Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for an IBM Maximo Technical Support Consultant.
The consultant will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving issues, troubleshooting system problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IBM Maximo system.
The role includes communicating with clients, analyzing technical challenges, and delivering solutions to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues effectively
- Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Customer Support and Communication skills to provide guidance and interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in IBM MAS 9.1 is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or training related to IBM Maximo or similar systems are advantageous
- Qatar Resident Visa with NOC
